Need help signing in? We’ll get you back into your account.
Trouble logging in to Sahaj HR? You’re in the right place. This page walks you through where to sign in, how to reset a forgotten password, what to do if your account is locked, and the quickest way to fix the most common access problems. Most issues take just a minute or two to sort out.
Where to sign in: Go to your organisation’s Sahaj HR sign-in page — usually your company’s Sahaj HR web address, or the link your HR/IT team shared with you. Bookmark it so it’s always one click away.
How to log in
If you already have a Sahaj HR account, signing in takes just a few steps:
- 1Open your organisation’s Sahaj HR sign-in page in a web browser.
- 2Enter your registered work email address (or the username your HR team provided).
- 3Enter your password.
- 4If your company uses two-step verification, enter the code sent to your email or phone.
- 5Select “Sign In” — and you’re in.
Tip: tick “Remember me” only on your own device, never on a shared or public computer.
Logging in for the first time
New to Sahaj HR? Your account is created by your employer’s HR or admin team. Here’s how to get started:
- 1Look for your welcome/invitation email from Sahaj HR (check spam or junk if you don’t see it).
- 2Click the activation link in that email.
- 3Create your password and complete any security setup, such as two-step verification.
- 4Sign in and update your profile details.
Didn’t get a welcome email? Your HR or admin team controls account creation. Ask them to confirm your account is set up and that your correct work email is on file, then to resend the invitation.
Forgot your password?
Resetting your password is quick and secure:
- 1On the sign-in page, select “Forgot password?”.
- 2Enter the email address linked to your account.
- 3Check your inbox for a password-reset email and open the link (it’s time-limited for security).
- 4Create a new, strong password and sign in.
Choose a password that’s at least 8 characters with a mix of upper- and lower-case letters, a number and a symbol — and one you don’t reuse elsewhere. If the reset email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check spam, confirm you used the right email, and try again.

Good to Know
Browser and device tips
For the smoothest experience, we recommend keeping a few basics in mind:
Use an up-to-date browser.
Sahaj HR works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.
Clear the cache.
If pages behave oddly, clearing your browser cache and cookies fixes most display issues.
Try incognito/private mode.
This helps rule out an extension or a stored cookie causing trouble.
Check your connection.
A stable internet connection avoids partial page loads and timeouts.
Mind the time and date.
An incorrect device clock can break verification codes — make sure it’s set to update automatically.
Security
Two-step verification (2FA)
Many organisations turn on two-step verification for extra security. After entering your password, you’ll confirm your identity with a one-time code sent to your email or phone. If you’re not receiving codes, check that your contact details are current, look in spam, and make sure your device has signal or internet. If you’ve changed your phone or email, ask your HR/admin to update your details so codes reach you.
A note on account security
Your Sahaj HR account and the data inside it are managed by your employer. For your protection, our team cannot reset individual passwords, unlock employee accounts, or share personal details such as pay, leave balances, documents or timesheets directly. These are controlled by your organisation’s HR or admin team, who can verify your identity and help safely.
Sahaj HR is built with security first — GDPR compliant, ISO 27001 aligned and SSL secured — with role-based access and full audit trails, so your information stays private and protected at every step.
