Sahaj HR (“Sahaj HR”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly and transparently. Sahaj HR is a product of Sahaj Software Services (also operating as ALT Switch Marketing Management Co. L.L.C), with offices in the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and India, and operating under the laws of England and Wales.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how and why we use it, who we share it with, how we protect it, and the rights available to you. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“EU GDPR”), the UK GDPR, and other applicable data-protection laws in the regions in which we operate, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
If you are an employee of one of our customers, the personal data held about you in the Sahaj HR platform is controlled by your employer. Please refer to your employer’s own privacy notice, and see Section 12 (Customer Data) below for how we handle that data on your employer’s behalf.
