These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sahaj HR platform, website and related services (together, the “Services”), provided by Sahaj Software Services (ALT Switch Marketing Management Co. L.L.C) (“Sahaj HR”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Services, or by accepting these Terms when signing up, you agree to be bound by them. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” or “Customer” refers to that organisation. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
